GENERAL QUESTIONS

Where are Helixtra Health products manufactured?

Helixtra Health Company products are manufactured in cGMP (Certified Good Manufacturing Practices) facility.

When can I use a discount code?

Yes, when available. However, no, discount codes are not accepted after an order has been placed.

Can I use multiple coupons on the same transaction?

Only one coupon can be used on a single transaction or a cart. You can however add multiple items to one cart to use one coupon and availble discounts.

MANAGE ORDERS

How do I track the progress of an order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and an Text notification with details of the order. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in your order shipment confirmation email.

How do I add or remove products after placing my order?

Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications on the website. Please contact our customer support team through 'contact us' form for any modification of the order.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, then we can deliver to a different address as per your request. To know further, you can contact us through 'contact us' form.

SHIPPING

How does shipping work?

We use USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, as selected in your checkout to fulfill orders within 5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and text.

Helixtra Health Company will not be held responsible for any additional customs, import fees, or tax charges that may be applied upon your destination end.

Domestic shipping will generally take about 7 business days but may be subject to change based on USPS Priority Mail, holidays, weather, etc.

Helixtra Health Company is not responsible for any address incorrectly by the customer.

Do you ship to Canada or Internationally?

We are so excited to offer shipping to the United States for all Helixtra Health Company products! Helixtra Health Company does not ship to Canada or internationally at this time. Please check back soon for additional markets.

How soon will my order ship if placed on a new product launchday?

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be fulfilled due to high volume of orders during new product launch days. We appreciate your patience and understanding. For any questions, please email Help(@)Helixtrasupps.com.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns?  

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please email us under the "contact us" section if you would like to return your order.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee return & refund policy. The product that you desire to return should be identified to our Customer Support team within 30 days after receiving the product. A shipping label will be provided for the order, by our team, and the shipping and handling costs for the return shipment back to our warehouse will be automatically deducted from the final refund.

The refund will be credited to your original payment within 15 business days after we receive the product.

The products being returned must meet the following criteria:

  • All returns must be unopened and undamaged.
  • Returns must be returned within 30 days of receiving, for a refund
  • Postage is not provided.
  • All accessory purchases are final sale.
  • Helixtra Health Company does not accept returns on international orders; however, our customer service team is happy to assist with any questions or concerns.

Received a product damaged?

 If a product is damaged during shipping, the occurrence must be reported to us via email at help@helixtrahealth.com or under the "contact us" section within our 30-day money-back-guarantee window. 

 When the damaged product is requested, please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the product and damage
  • Photos(time-stamped)

Either a product replacement or a refund will be offered. If you want to get a refund, please see our Returns & Refunds Policies. If we provide a refund, the funds will be paid to you within 15 business days of receiving the returned package.

How do I make a return?

We provide only Exchange of items as per our exchange Policy. Before placing the order we suggest that you read our shipping and Refund policy.

We recommend consulting with your primary doctor before using any products while pregnant.

Can my kids use Helixtra Health Company products?

The age range for Helixtra Health Company products is 18+. We advise discussing any concerns you may have about using supplements with your primary care physician.

Are Helixtra Health Company products third party tested?

Helixtra Health Company products undergo independent testing by ISO-certified laboratories to guarantee they satisfy the highest requirements.

Every component undergoes extensive testing to ensure its identification, purity, strength, and composition.
